Crowdfunding helps us to keep the costs down as we can work together with the factory to produce the right amount of units, without dealing with high storage costs and other related costs. 

Eins is build strong and wirth durable CRMO steel. It can handle riders up to 300lbs/136 kg. 

Eins is designed to fit all. Since the seat is height adjustable riders ranging from 5’5”/1,65m - 6’4”/1,93m can ride the eins comfortably and in style.

The battery pack is hidden under the seat and removable with a quick release.

Eins weighs under 41lbs (19 kg) including the battery pack. This makes eins one of the most lightweight e-bikes on the market, easy to handle and allows you to perform tricks.

The battery pack inside the eins is built to last on average more than 31 miles (50km), but we already reached 105km under ideal conditions. The range of e-Bikes depends on many factors, for example the weight of the rider, air pressure of tires, road surface, terrain climbs etc.

The battery pack takes around 3-4 hours to charge.

Of course! If you run out of power, you can cycle as you would do with a regular bike. Even without the powerful mid-drive - the eins still feels like a dream to ride.

The eins battery pack is custom built for our frame and you will be able to buy spare battery packs from us. The rest of our bike parts are fairly standard, meaning that you can upgrade/customize your bike as you desire with other parts either from us or your local bike shop.

No. All eins bikes are made 100% street legal. We offer a US and a EU version of the eins. 

Eins bikes ordered within the EU and Australia are by default limited to the top speed of 25 km/h (15,5 mph). This means that the motor will only help you up to 25km/h.

If you order from the US or Canada the legal top speed is programmed to 20 mph (32 km/h) which is the legal limit in the US, Canada. So it's a class 1 e-Bike, with the option to transform it into a class 2 e-Bike in the future. 

It will be possible to change these settings with some reprogramming which we will make available in the future.

NOTE: It is not legal to drive the eins over 25 km/h on public roads in the EU and over 20 mph on public roads in the US. You are only allowed to drive above the street legal speed limit on private property.
